Overview
The Rolex Datejust 126300 is the most paired-back specification in the Datejust 41 range: Oystersteel case, smooth bezel, Oyster bracelet, no precious metal anywhere on the watch. That stripped-down structure changes what the mint green dial has to do. On a Rolesor or gold Datejust, colour shares the stage with a fluted bezel or two-tone bracelet. Here, it doesn't share anything — the dial carries the entire visual argument for the watch.
The case is 41mm Oystersteel with a smooth bezel, no fluting, a clean transition into the crystal. The mint green dial is a sunray finish: radial brushing from the centre catches light unevenly, and the colour shifts with it, reading closer to silver-green indoors and truer mint green in direct sunlight. The Oyster bracelet is the three-link flat construction in Oystersteel, closed with a folding Oysterclasp and 5mm Easylink extension; Cyclops lens over the date at 3 o'clock.
The Calibre 3235 delivers a 70-hour power reserve, Chronergy escapement, and Parachrom hairspring, certified as a Superlative Chronometer to ±2 seconds a day. Water resistance is 100 metres, standard for the Datejust and more than adequate for a watch that will see far more office than ocean.
Within the DJ41 lineup, the mint green dial sits opposite the Rolesor and gold configurations: those carry value on precious-metal content and two-tone finishing, where the 126300 carries its on the dial alone, at the lowest entry point into this colour. Since the dial's 2022 debut, mint green has held a distinct secondary market position, specific enough in colour to filter for genuine intent, broad enough in appeal to keep pricing above generic steel Datejust norms. Rolex added a green ombré lacquer dial to the 126300 family in 2026; the two are different watches, and we'd treat the newer dial as an additional entry point into green Datejust demand rather than a replacement for the sunray original. This piece is brand new, unworn, complete original set with box and papers dated June 2026, at RM45,500.
